| Shipping cost: | Put desired items in shopping cart and select country of destination – shipping will be automatically calculated for you. |
| Tracking: | Always. Enter email address in the email address field in the left pane to login. Password is needed. Other tracking services can be used as tracking number is always provided. |
| Tracking areas: | For post service country of origin and destination country only. Tracking between these two areas isn't possible. |
| Orders reception: | 24/7. |
| Order status: | Enter e-mail address (if registered for login) in the email address field in the left pane to login. Password is needed. |
| Pay extra upon items arrival: | That depends entirely on destination country customs regulations. We ship from within EU so there is no customs fees for EU countries. |
| Currency: | €, EUR. |
| Payment: | Paypal. |
| Payment protection: | Yes, Paypal policies are strictly followed. |
| Shared stock limit: | Stock is sometimes shared between different colors of same type item. "Shared stock limit" message means that decreasing quantity of one color may free stock for another. |
| Custom or branded items: | Yes, let us know about your idea. More on branding here. |
| New designs: | Yes, let us know. |
| Custom/discount codes: | Valid code makes visible custom or branding options (marked orange) and/or discount prices (marked green) so that they can be used. |
| Personal data: | Based on buyer consent for each particular order, it is either stored for unlimited time or deleted upon order shipment. Password-protected. Can be deleted by buyer after particular order is shipped. |
| E-Mail address: | Based on buyer consent, it can be used for login to display order status and history and/or for sending e-mail messages. Buyer changeable. |
| Cookies: | Only essential technical cookies are used in order to identify sessions and temporarily store information. These cannot be used for user identification or marketing-related purposes. |
